Marvel's The Runaways
I collaborated with MRY's six other summer interns to create a launch campaign for Hulu's original series The Runaways based on a Marvel comic series of the same name.
Millennial's social feeds are filled with a constant stream of promposals, baby photos, engagement announcements, cooking videos, and vapid selfies. We'll spin the worst social media tropes to invite consumers to leave their repetitive timelines behind and escape with the Runaways.
Long lines, big crowds, and a whole lot of waiting around–NY Comic Con isn't all fun and cosplay. So, to help people escape the wait and instantly engage in the entertainment that they came for, we'll use Snapchat lens technology to bring a Runaways adventure to life.
On launch day, we'll give commuters an escape from the routine by partnering with Lyft. Riders will enjoy the perks of the Runaway's signature white van with a decked out interior, all while bypassing LA gridlock in the HOV lane. Cast members will pick up select influencers and bring them to the Runaways premiere where they can share their experiences with #RunawayWithLyft.
